Delivery, Returns & Cancellations Info

PLEASE NOTE

PLEASE NOTE SOME PERSONALISED PRINTS, CANVAS’ & ARTWORK’S DELIVERY SERVICES PRICING WORKS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO THE REST OF THE PRODUCTS ACROSS THE SITE – THIS WILL BE EXPLAINED FURTHER DOWN THIS PAGE.

DELIVERY

All orders include a FREE STANDARD UK delivery service of 2-3 days (please bear in mind production time), some include 1st class Royal Mail. This information will be included at the bottom of each products description.

I have a small team of highly skilled crafters (its about quality, not quantity!) working from a few different locations in the UK therefore dispatch and delivery times can vary – every item is made to order. The expected dispatch time for each item can be found on the product description pages for individual items. This is a guide time and items are normally dispatched on time, if not early. Please feel free to contact me if you are experiencing any issues with your order or delivery, I am always happy to follow up.

If more than one item is ordered it may be that your order will come in split deliveries due to the different locations. If this is the case you will receive an email notifying you with details of when to expect each part of your order.

UPGRADE DELIVERY

You can upgrade delivery to next day on most items. As we have a few different crafters working with us it may be that your order has to come from more than one location… to get a next day delivery quote please send an email to info@madforgifts.co.uk or call on 07808 844457 for a quick and easy quote. 

Next day delivery prices start from £3… if you are ordering multiple items and they come from the same maker it would be quoted as one order – it is quick and simple to get a quote so please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

Orders with upgraded delivery are pushed to the front of the queue to be made to ensure same day dispatch if the order was placed before 12.30pm. See FAQ’s.

Orders from the Personalised Prints, Artwork & Canvas’ dropdown.

These items are all special order items and have to be sent individually packed due to their delicateness. Therefore if you upgrade the delivery for item from this category it will be charged on a per item basis – the delivery upgrade options for the personalised prints, artwork and canvas’ will be found on the product pages so that it is clear to see. There will be a drop down menu to select the delivery option – Next Day Delivery is charged at £9.00 per item from this selection.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

On the rare occasion that you may experience a problem with your order please contact me first, I will always do my utmost to rectify any issues. Please email me with a description (and pic if applicable) along with your order number and you will be contacted.

Personalised Items

Please note personalised items cannot be returned. If an item is faulty or has an error then of course this will be looked into and we will always aim to rectify the issue to your satisfaction.

It is recommended that spelling and grammar is double or even triple checked as once an order has been sent to the maker to begin making your gift the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If I notice any obvious spelling mistakes I will attempt to contact you before sending the order to the warehouse but I cannot be held responsible for any errors if it matches your order and I haven’t noticed or cannot get hold of you.

Non Personalised Items

If you are returning a non personalised item please ensure it is unused, in its packaging and in a resalable condition. Please include the dispatch note which includes the item being returned and you have 14 days to return your order for a refund if you do change your mind.

Items are returned at your own cost, we recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure the safe delivery of your return to our warehouse. On receipt of the item it will be inspected, if it can go back into stock then the refund will be sent to accounts for processing. Please note refunds can take up to 14 days.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order up to the point it has gone for processing. Once production has begun you will be unable to cancel or receive a refund for the order.
